THE REAL DEAL ON ONE TIME FAX (onetimefax.com), e MAX FAX (emaxfax.com) and PAY AS YOU GO FAX (payasyougofax.com).

This guy needs to be shut down.    The "One Time Fax Service” (onetimefax.com), "e Max Fax" (eMaxFax.com), and “Pay As You Go Fax” (PayAsYouGoFax.com) are absolute scams.    I have joined the growing list of complainants who tried to fax unsuccessfully and have been billed for services not delivered in a timely fashion, late charges, termination charges, even charges for his time responding to complaints and threats against discussing any experiences which is totally a violation of the US Constitution’s First Amendment  right to Freedom of Speech.

I signed up for the One Time Fax Service and initiated a fax transmission.   After the fax didn't process I reinitiated the one time fax transmission.  The one time fax still didn't go through.  I went to www.innoportexpress.com which processed my urgent fax immediately.     Sometime later the original One Time Fax was processed, well after I needed it.    I was subsequently billed by onetimefax.com for 2 fax transmissions.

When I contacted Matthew Bailey the apparent owner of onetimefax.com and EJOAT Enterprises,  he responded very arrogantly and brashly that I “should've read the terms”.   I responded, reminding him that good customer service ensures long term customers.  He responded with a very negative email and that he " didn't want a customer like me".   I figured we were done.  I still got another bill though.  Pay As You Go and One Time Fax inherently describe the service I expected – one and done… this is absolutely not the case.

After researching this one time fax scammer I found numerous complaints including an "F" rating by the Dallas TX Better Business Bureau (Dallas BBB).

Pleas note the ludicrous email address he uses.
Also please note he has created his own PR website to try to put a positive spin on his ill-conceived concept.    As the saying goes, you can put lipstick on a pig…

HE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!   PLEASE HELP TO SPREAD THE WORD!

  1. I had the same experience with this scam website, and I am still in trouble with them .... But, I will not pay them a penny ...

I filed complains against them everywhere:
    - On BBB and they failed to resolve the complain while I proposed paying the initial charges. In fact they used the complain as a pretext to increase my charge with the amount of 70$.
    - The Internet crime complaint center who forward my complaint to my local police department. The local police advised to file a complaint at the Texas Attorney General.

So, if you didn't receive any service from this scam company and they are asking you for money, just do like me:
    - Do not pay them anything ... They won't be able to hurt you ... It will cost them money to put anything negative on your credit report and they won't win a dispute ... It will cost them hundreds (even thousands) to go to court.
    - File complaints, the more we have complaints the more this business won't survive.
    - Write bad reviews and share your experience on different blogs ...

This website will be shutdown by the customers who they are trying to scam ....

    Down Down Mr Bailey

  2. Agreed!! He is rip off. $15 per month for late fees, but not informing you for 17 months!!! Plus month fees and a fee to close an account that was used once. No chance I will be paying that bill, EVER!!!

I can't believe one time fax is still allowed to operate!!
